Growth (₦50,000/month) covers up to 10 batches, 8 sheds, and 20 staff, adding purchase tracking, grading, reproduction, supplier and customer management, and full financial reports. Professional (₦100,000/month) gives you unlimited batches, sheds, and staff with every feature and no restrictions. All plans include a 7-day free trial — no payment required.

Yes. Every plan comes with a 7-day free trial so you can explore the platform at no cost. No credit card is required to start your trial. When your trial ends, you simply choose a plan that fits your farm to keep access.

Once your trial period ends, access to your farm dashboard is paused until you subscribe to a plan. You can still log in and choose a plan from the billing page — your data is safe and nothing is deleted. Subscribing restores full access immediately.

Absolutely. You can upgrade at any time from the Billing page. When you upgrade mid-period, the unused days on your current plan are credited toward the new plan — you only pay the difference, and your billing period stays the same.

Payments are processed securely through SafeHaven MFB, a licensed Nigerian microfinance bank. You pay monthly via the in-app checkout. After a successful payment, your plan is activated instantly.

Yes. Owners can invite staff and assign granular permissions per staff member. Each permission maps to a specific module (e.g. feed management, egg production, client records), so your team only sees what they need to do their job. Staff log in with separate credentials and have no access to billing or farm settings.

PoultricHQ generates automatic alerts for events that need your attention — things like high mortality rates in a shed, low feed stock levels, upcoming vaccination schedules, and production anomalies. Alerts appear in your notification bell in real time so nothing slips through the cracks.

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and stored securely in the cloud. Each farm's data is completely isolated — no other farm can access yours. Your data is preserved even if your subscription lapses, so you never lose historical records.

PoultricHQ runs in any modern web browser, including on mobile. No app download is required — just open your browser, log in, and manage your farm from anywhere.
